Just a few days ago, news hit the blawgs that former NFL baller Kordell Stewart was the victor in his defamation lawsuit against Andrew Caldwell (best known as ‘Mr. Deliver-T’]

Well, Caldwell has quite a bit to say about the news and recently hit Facebook LIVE to air a 20 minute video about the matter, claiming among other things, that he was never served with the lawsuit.

Here’s what ‘Mr. Deliver-t’ wants you to know…

Caldwell initially states in his video response that he has no comment on the matter of the Kordell lawsuit, but then goes on a 20 minute tirade which offers a bit more insight in the case, stating:

I was never served.? I was never served with a lawsuit by Kordell Stewart. Kordell is trying to make up his 15 minutes of fame.

Boy you old news! That’s old.? Let me make myself clear… you think you gonna get a dime from me? You betta have some strong powerful lawyers!

All I have to say is I was never served… and I refuse to talk on that matter.

Reports are that Kordell won the case by default because Andrew didn’t show up for court and he is now on the default calendar to determine what damages are owed in the case.

Caldwell addresses that at 4:10 mark, stating:

Chile let me tell you… if it does go that way, I’ll write him out a little nice check.

He can got and put it towards him… but at the end of the day, God knows.

The viral internet sensation also goes on to say he’s got a whole lotta dirt on Kordell that he’s waiting to spill!

And also Judge, if you hear this Judge… let’s take a lie detector test!

If he are suing me… I’ve got stuff that I’ve downloaded about what he said about me… so we both got a case!

Caldwell then says he’s going to sue all the blawgs that are ruining his name but on the flip side, he’s also honored to have his name ‘in lights’ (I’m confused).

At this time, I refuse to talk on that matter. God got my back. Whoever put that out there, my lawyers are investigating that.

When that time come for them blogs out there lying on me to make themselves more popular or get more likes on facebook, you gotta be prepared. You gotta be prepared when I come for you.

Chile… this is so dayum entertaining! I wish these two would have gone on one of those tv court shows like Judge Mathis. 😂
