Word on the curb is that Bishop Eddie Long has been hospitalized and that his congregation has been?keeping it?all under wraps.

Just a few weeks ago, the mega church founder made headlines after he attempted to explain the drastic change in his appearance by stating he was on a vegan diet and had adopted a healthier lifestyle.

While no one bought Long’s story, it seems that now, a shocking report is circulating via several mainstream christian news outlets that the Bishop has been hospitalized with a grave illness.

According to CentricTV, ?Long was reportedly admitted to a hospital in Atlanta last week and has not yet been discharged.

In a report picked up from The Christian Post?& ObnoxiousTV,?they explained that Bishop Long has cancer in his digestive system and it was discovered in the 4th stage and he literally has months to live.

The pastor reportedly has not accepted the diagnosis, and has been quoting scriptures in the belief that he will be healed.

Stage 4 cancer, according to experts, is when cancer has spread far away from its origin and to other organs of the body. It usually means the cancer is incurable and can longer rely on surgery or radiotherapy.

Reps for Long and his New Birth Missionary Baptist Church have not yet responded to the report.
