Word on the curb is that Ed Hartwell has filed for divorce from his wife of less than a year, Keshia Knight Pulliam.

News broke back in May that the newlyweds were having trouble in their marriage (click HERE if you missed that), and Keisha apparently got knocked up somewhere during the strife.

The former NFL player filed papers in a Fulton County Georgia courthouse early this morning (July 25, 2016) under his full legal name, Edgerton Hartwell II, citing irreconcilable differences against plaintiff, Keshia Knight Pulliam-Hartwell, furthermore, Hartwell wants a paternity test for the child Keshia is now carrying.

It’s true. Ed Hartwell has filed for divorce from his pregnant wife, Keshia Knight Pulliam.

News of the divorce filing comes as somewhat of a surprise being that the couple have only been married since January.

The pair had a surprise wedding on News Years Eve after just 4 months of dating and Keshia recently announced that she was pregnant with the couples first child (due in January 2017), and it?s a a girl.

According to theYBF, a rep for Hartwell says he simply wants to be single, and plans to file ?a paternity test for the baby.?

Hartwell was previously married to reality star Lisa Wu, whom he also married after only dating a few months. ?And for the record, he was also the one who filed for divorce in that marriage as well.

Pulliam was previously in a relationship with Atlanta radio personality Big Tigger, and reports are that she broke up with?him because she wanted to be married with kids and Tigger wasn’t ready.

The streets have been talking about this situation for a while now and many suspect that trouble brewed in the start of the marriage due to Keshia pressuring Ed to have a child and Hartwell’s reluctance to do so.

The pending divorce case seems to indicate that ‘the streets’ may have been on to something.? Ed certainly doesn’t seem too happy about the pregnancy!

It’s also rumored tat Keshia was unaware Hartwell was filing for divorce.
