As you know, the pop star filed the lawsuit a few months back seeking millions in damages after the Atlanta-based rapper trashed her on social media.

The Jasmine Brand?is exclusively reporting that Ciara has notified the court that she intends to question Future under oath in video taped depositions.

The questioning will reportedly focus on Future’s child support payments, his damaging Tweets about Ciara, their relationship status, and Ciara’s current relationship with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.

The singer accuses Future of exploiting her new relationship with Russell Wilson by beginning a media campaigning around June 2015 in which he used both their son and her new relationship with Russell to spread lies about her to promote his new CD.

Ciara, may or may not attend the deposition, which is set to take place next week. ?She is seeking $15 million in damages plus legal fees.
