Afeni Shakur-Davis, mother of legendary rapper/actor Tupac Shakur, may be in danger of losing half of her fallen son’s estate.

Shakur and her husband of 12 years, Gust Davis, are going through a messy divorce in North Carolina and Davis may end up walking away with half of the profits earned from 2Pac’s?Estate!

Afeni filed in North Carolina, where judges are not required to divide property 50/50, but rather on a case-by-case basis to determine what?s fair.

The couple has lots of property and Gust Davis wants, among other things, the right to live on their 50 acre North Carolina ranch and wants the keys to the houseboats. Gust, who?s a minister, also wants to keep his sweet?Jag.

But wait… that’s not all.

Gust wants alimony too. ?TMZ reports that the Tupac Estate rakes in around $900k a year, but according to Gust, after expenses, Afeni gets around $20K a month. He reportedly wants HALF ($10K a month) for the rest of his life.

This means that Afeni may have to fork over money that has been earned after the death of her son directly from his image/music.

I’m assuming there wasn’t a prenup. Oh well… divorce happens.
