Ciara joined her boo, Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, as he payed his weekly visit to the Seattle Children?s Hospital earlier this week.

Every Tuesday, Wilson spends time with a few of his young fans who are being cared for and this week, he and his lovely lady spread holiday cheer in song.

CiCi shared a clip online as she and Wilson sang ?Feliz Navidad! with a young child in his hospital bed as they all tried to recall the words to the Christmas tune.
