Gordon has been faced with a multi-million dollar wrongful death lawsuit?claiming that he was the cause of Bobbi Kristina’s death, so it’s probably a bit difficult for Gordon to move on even though he’s moved away from the home he shared with his former love interest.

Brown’s aunt has been outspoken about her thoughts that both Whitney and Bobbi Kristina were murdered (click HERE if you missed that) and while the Fulton County district attorney has been reviewing the case, there have been no criminal charges filed.
Earlier this week, Gordon’s attorney filed a motion asking the court to stop?the wrongful death suit until the criminal investigation and any potential proceedings are complete.
Details below…
According to People.com, ?Nick Gordon (24) has filed court documents claiming public interest in his girlfriend’s death and her parents, the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, has resulted in negative media attention that would make him “unfairly, legally and financially prejudiced should he be subject to parallel criminal and civil proceedings.”
According to Gordon’s papers, the wrongful death suit brought against him by Brown’s court-appointed conservator alleges that he “is a murderer, a habitual batterer of women, a seducer of young white females, a thief and/or con-man fueled by monetary gain, and a chemist capable of making a toxic cocktail.”
The filing claims any statements he makes in a civil case to fight the allegations may incriminate him in a criminal investigation or proceeding and that all evidence is not yet available.
For example, Brown’s autopsy report, which the Fulton County Medical Examiner has not released, “would be used to defend and lead to the dismissal of the allegations made against him in this civil proceeding,” the papers say.
Gordon’s filing comes after it was revealed that a grand jury has convened to decide whether he will face charges related to Brown’s death.
Bobbi Kristina died at the age of 22 on July 26, 2015, six months after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home in Roswell, Georgia.
Gordon has often denied allegations that he was the cause of Brown’s death and while he?admitted doing drugs with Bobbi Kristina, he refused to take a polygraph about giving her the deadly cocktail that caused her demise. ?Nick’s?lawyers called the allegations “slanderous and meritless” in a statement that was released back in August (click HERE if you missed that).
