There’s levels to being ‘drunk in love’ and one Norfolk, VA couple may go down in history as being the ‘drunkest’!

Meet Kimberly Jackson. Jackson, 36, posed for the mugshot above after she was arrest for public intoxication.  In addition to being ‘drunk in public’, authorities say Jackson was caught in the act of having sex with an unconscious man… in the middle of the day… out in the open… in a parking lot!

The man, who turned out to be Jackson’s highly intoxicated boyfriend, was taken to the hospital for treatment but was later released.

A Virginia news station caught up with the couple after Jackson was released on bond and they each offered their own explanation about the bizarre chain of events.

Norfolk Police were called to the parking lot along East Virginia Beach Boulevard last Tuesday to investigate an ?exposure in progress,? once they arrived, they found Jackson straddling her boyfriend as he lay unmoving on the hot pavement.

The ‘boyfriend’ tells the news reporter that he gave consent (even though he was passed out) and he doesn’t want to press charges against his frisky gal pal.

Jackson explained that she was merely ‘in the mood’ after having a few drinks and decided that she wanted to bump & grind right then and there. It didn’t matter that her boyfriend was passed out drunk!

I wonder if the outcome woulda been different if Jackson were a man attempting to have sex with a passed out woman in the middle of the street?
