Actress Countess Vaughn of Hollywood Divas recently unveiled her much slimmer physique through a series of shots posted via Instagram.

Unlike most celebs who lie and say they worked out to achieve their results, Vaughn was open about the path she chose and even shared her liposuction procedure with the world via the TVOne reality show.

“I?ve always been honest about everything. I wanted to do a mommy makeover. I had done it after my oldest child. I really needed to just treat myself, and I?m happy about it!?

Prior to the plastic surgery obtained makeover, ?The Parkers? alum says she was a size 16.? She has now reportedly dropped three?sizes and currently measures in at a size 10!

Countess hit the doctor to suck out most of her fat cells through liposuction and told People Magazine that the weight came off slowly even after surgery, in part due to an issue with her thyroid.

To really drop the lbs. and to maintain her new bod, the mom-of-two practices portion control when it comes to her diet.

?I watch what I eat, and I?m into snacking now.

I used to just eat maybe once or twice [a day] ??breakfast and then dinner, maybe skip lunch. But now I try to snack, have some nuts, have some yogurt,? she continued.

Countess also revealed that while at times she?s tempted to devour some of her favorite foods, including ?fried chicken? she?s learned to eat just one piece and walk away.

The ‘Hollywood Diva’ is very pleased with her liposuction results and while she didn’t obtain her new physique by working out, she says she has began making exercise a regular part of her lifestyle.

“I’ve been working out and taking care of me so I can have energy for my kids and work,” she says. “I put my music on and I just walk for 30 to 45 minutes. I’m very appreciative now that my body is responding to the workouts and the diet, so I just have to keep on moving.”

Vaughn says the best part of her weight loss transformation is “just being happy. I feel better and I feel healthier.”
