In case you’ve been wondering what Nick Gordon, he’s been ‘laying low’ in Florida since Bobbi Kristina passed away and is refusing to take a polygraph to clear his name.

As you know, Gordon is facing a multi-million dollar lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s estate and lots of new details have emerged in light of her death.

A recent amendment to the lawsuit provided a chilling timeline of events that transpired hours before Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in her bathtub and it’s not looking too good for Gordon.

The amemdment was filed after a new witness came forward offering testimony of what transpired the day Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in her bathtub.

On January 31, 2015 at 6am, Nick Gordon came home from an all night cocaine and alcohol bender and became irate after reviewing security camera footage.

The suit says Gordon began screaming at Bobbi Kristina, accusing her of cheating and calling her a “whore and bitch.”

Their argument then went from room to room, and at some point the suit claims Gordon gave Bobbi Kristina a “toxic cocktail” that rendered her unconscious.

The lawyer then says Gordon dragged Bobbi Kristina to the bathroom where he placed her face down in a tub filled with cold water.

According to the docs, Gordon got in bed, put his head on a female guest’s ankle and said, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”

Fifteen minutes later the suit says another person (presumably Max Lomas, the friend who called 911) discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub.

The suit also says when Bobbi Kristina was pulled from the tub, one of her teeth was hanging loosely from her mouth, indicating she had been injured.

And this is odd … the suit says authorities found a dust pan at the bottom of the tub. (source)

But wait… Nick has been offered the opportunity to dispute the story by taking a polygraph test, but he has reportedly refused to take the test!

?He said, ?I didn?t kill her!??

Despite that, 26-year-old Nick, who has a criminal record, has yet to take a polygraph test, according to the police, who have stepped up their investigation into the demise of Whitney Houston?s daughter.
