If you could go back in time what would you tell a young Quad?

If I could go back in time I would tell myself to be patient.? You should never be anxious for anything, because when you’re anxious you make mistakes.

Take your time. Plan it out. Get a blueprint and sit down with people who can help you along the way.

What advice do you have for young women starting out in their career?

Be a self-motivator. Sometimes we have to be the type of person who says, ‘My goal today is XYZ and that’s going to happen,’ and then do not defer from the plan no matter what.
