It appears that Kenya Moore of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is feeling ‘some kinda way’ about how her millionaire matchmaker situation turned out and now she’s swearing off dating Black men.

The former beauty queen recently spoke out about the lack of available Black men in the dating pool and in typical Kenya fashion, she’s passing the buck. ?It’s not her fault she’s single, you know. ?In fact, Kenya says that she doesnand claiming that she’s only single because most Black men are either gay, in jail, broke or married.
Details about Kenya’s thoughts on the Black male population and her dating issues below…
In a recent interview with Hello Beautiful, Kenya seems to think that there are no eligible Black bachelors in the dating pool, she states:
For Black women, we just have to be open because there?s not a lot of eligible bachelors, that are Black, for us to choose from anymore.
If you take away the ones that are gay, in jail, this is a real issue. Statistics show why we don?t have the choices. You take the ones that are gay, in jail, don?t have a job, the ones that are already married and the ones that are dating and marrying outside our race, what do you have left? You don?t have much to choose from.
The nicest thing is that you have options.
Wait… ?It seems that Kenya is referencing all the Black man she’s longed for: ?Brandon (gay/no job), Apollo (in jail/already married) James Freeman (married outside his race).
I hope Kenya doesn’t think she’s speaking for all Black women! No ma’am, I don’t recall nominating her as the voice of all single Black women. ?Miss Ratchet USA should have spoken for herself and herself only, cause I don’t buy into that stereotypical bullcrap…. but I digress.
Moore may have sworn off Black men for good, but despite the embarrassment that she suffered with her millionaire matchmaker match, it seems she’s is still open to meeting a non-Black male through non-traditional dating methods i.e. ?matchmaking services & internet dating:
It?s more efficient. You can quickly discern what you like and what you don?t. You just have far more options and I think Internet dating, matchmaking services, the less conventional ways back in the day are just a thing of the past.
Now, it?s for more effective to open and broaden your horizons as to what options you have out there for dating. I 100% think that online dating, match maker services in addition to your friends and conventional ways of meeting people is absolutely acceptable now.
I suspect that Kenya Moore is buying into the whole ‘there’s no Black men’ stereotype because she’s having issues finding someone who wants to deal with her crazy azz. ?Hopefully her internet dating pool will help her find?a ‘non-Black’ male?over the Summer who will pretend to be her boyfriend next season.
Stay tuned.
