It’s another day filled with drama-filled actresses for Hollywood Divas, which aired it’s 7th episode last night (November 19, 2014).

This week’s episode is entitled, ‘Who’s The Director?’ as Paula Jai Parker’s position is seemingly questioned by the actions of the cast and crew of the ladies’ film project.

Countess Vaughn, Elise Neal, Lisa Wu and Golden Brooks are still trying to hold it all together, while the ‘director’ is absent, but it seems things may be falling apart.

Elise Neal is ready for her close up and tries to ‘school’ Lisa Wu on her acting techniques during a scene. No bueno!

Apparently Lisa’s acting needs work and Elise Neal feels that it’s her job as a seasoned actress to give the newbie the training that she needs but Lisa shuts that down quick, fast & in a hurry!

On the flip side, Paula Jai feels that Elise is also stepping on her toes as a director and has a conversation with remind her who’s in charge.

Moving on…

Countess Vaughn decides she needs to have her lipo procedure 2 days before shooting their scene.

The ladies are initially supportive but have reservations about Vaughn’s claims that she’ll be ready to shoot 48 hours after surgery.

Countess assures them that she’ll be ready to roll….

Golden Brooks is still displaying her ‘mean girl’ qualities.

Brooks has already decided that they should replace Countess with her BFF, Shar Jackson. ?She contacts Shar and asks her if she’s willing to be a replacement, but Shar’s apprehensive about the suggestion (with good reason… I’m sure her friend has already told her about the way Golden treats her… but I digress!)

It’s only been a day since Countess’ surgery, she could pull through right?

Anywhoo… Golden also calls Vaughn with Lisa and Elise in the room to ‘suggest’ that they either replace her with her bff, Shar Jackson… or write out her role completely.

Vaughn, who is clearly on pain meds, says she prefers that?they write her out, but Lisa and Elise intervene and said they’ll wait another day to see what happens.

Paula Jai Parker has apparently been ‘blacklisted’ by all mankind, being that she can’t get any respect as the director of the project!

On the day of the shoot, Paula sends the cast a text about Countess’ condition, telling them that Countess wants to reschedule, however they take the message to mean that the shoot is off.

When the producer arrives, there’s no cast, so they call the crew to cancel the shoot.

Paula arrives on set and no one is there! ?How could everyone be called except the ‘director’?

Paula feels totally disrespected and blames it all on the fact that she’s a woman.

Women in this business get NO RESPECT.

Now I’m going to have to explain to the other ladies what happened!

Will the ‘divas’ ever get it together to complete their project??
