The 6th episode of Hollywood Divas aired earlier this past Wednesday and the tensions between the ‘divas’ are getting thicker as each week passes.

This week’s episode, titled ‘Bootygate,’ starts with Paula Jai Parker and Golden Brooks going head to head about that drink throwing incident that happened years ago. Lisa Wu gets blasted for bringing up Instagram during a group meeting, Countess Vaughn remains non-confrontation and continues her quest to better her body surgically.

VIDEO: Hollywood Divas Episode #6 – ‘BOOTYGATE’

I promise I’ve been trying my best to give a dang about Hollywood Divas, but its hella hard. A reality show filled with known ‘actresses’ acting like they’re on a reality show is a bit much, but I’m trying. So if this recap seems a lil scattered… blame the show, now me!

Lisa Wu’s bodacious booty becomes a topic of discussion after she brings up the fact that one of the ladies (I can’t remember who) instagrammed photos that didn’t include the entire crew.

Apparently Golden Brooks still feels ‘some kinda way’ about Wu because she seems to have a problem with the reality show personality taking jobs from ‘real’ actresses… blah blah blah, so she gripes about Lisa to Elise Neal and makes Lisa the butt of the joke (literally), by talking about Lisa’s fake backside.

Of course Elise Neal goes and tells Lisa about the conversation and that prompts Lisa to confront Golden.

(Again… I can’t with these ‘actressess’ acting like they’re on a reality show about actresses… *sigh*]

Can you keep up? I’m having a hard time too. But I’m totally giving this recap a shot.

Anywhoo… at some point the 5 ‘divas’ come together again to plan their production strategy, but no one can can agree on much of anything. It’s all just a bunch of hot tempered women bickering about… I have no idea what!

Countess notes during the meeting that she’s having lipo prior to the show, but she’s done it before and is prepared to move forward after the surgery.

Paula Jai Parker’s homeless husband has been hired as the writer (I don’t even know how/when that happened) and apparently she’s very possessive about the other women contacting him. It doesn’t matter if their contact is about the project… Paula isn’t having it!

I’m still trying to figure out why Parker’s homeless hubby got the job. Did the ‘divas’ feel sorry for him or something? It all seems like drama overload topped with bad acting. But I digress.

Lisa’s friend Todd Bridges returns during episode 6 to run lines with the ladies and as things progress, they also seem to be about to boil over as Paula Jai side-eyes Golden Brook’s intentions with her homeless hubby.

Paula is directing the play and her husband is working on the script. He’s also co-directing in Paula’s absence.

When the ladies contact Paula’s homeless hubby for ‘direction,’ Paula pitches a fit and accuses Golden of trying to take her man.

The explosive final scene includes Paula Jai Parker calling Golden a ‘Jezebel’ for taking to her husband which prompts Golden to turn into an angry Mya Wilkes…. (AND SCENE!)

Whooo-sah! I made it to the end… 😯
