I have to admit that I don’t normally wake up early enough to catch The Ryan Cameron Morning show but I’m almost mad that I missed Apollo Nida’s recent interview.

Nida appeared and was quite candid and open about his legal situation. Donning his signature sunglasses, Apollo spoke on several issues from his RHOA season 6 reunion show ‘turn up, Angela Stanton’s ‘lies of a houeswife’ flop , his marital issues with Phaedra Parks, and even his parking lot confrontation with rapper T.I. and Killer Mike.

Apollo says he feels a bit disrespected about that whole T.I. situation, stating:

First of all. I’m out on bond. Don’t nobody really know me. You don’t just run upon a person… you know… and demand anything, you know what I’m saying?

One thing you can demand is respect when it’s given, so I felt really disrespected at that situation… but hey, you know… I played my cool.

Apollo on T.I….

I have a lot of respect for T.I. and a lot of respect for Vick and by being educated person the way I hold TI and in that essence… I feel like instead of running with something (cause that’s how a lot of beefs get started) by running up on somebody and then you got your homeboy who was the cameraman…

I mean… who does that? You say I didn’t know homeboys hold the camera and you out there out talking the person I had an issue with.

Apollo goes on to explain…

At the end of the day… I’ve never said T.I. was a rat or Vick was a rat.

At the end of the day… I shouldn’t have put anyone’s name in it.

At the end of the day, I shouldn’t have put his name out there like that because I didn’t mean it like that.

Apollo also explains his plea deal, stating:

So you talmbout prop 32, rule 35… first of all it’s called a rule 35, for the educated ones.

What a rule 35 is post-conviction, post plea, post anything… You cannot apply for rule 35 until you’ve been sentenced. Apollo Nida is not been sentenced.

On Angela Stanton:

Even the alligations from I sat in a deposition with her lawyers for almost a week straight cause I was in the midst of all that.

That was just a ploy, 1) to get your book out there and 2. you were just being really vindictive… you just had a lot. It was a situation between Tripodis and Stanton that I was able to speak about and she knew that I was I was the only one that that information could
come from

So I believe when she got out it was all vengeance. she was ready to attack.

What’s next for Apollo:

At the end of the day, what Apollo wants to do… I want to give back to the community. I want to give back to the people.

What I want to do is go into fraud prevention/risk management. I’m gonna sit here, I’m gonna try to work with the anking commission.

I want to help anyone who’s been a victim. I’m better than safelock.

I have a lot to give back to the community and I’d like to give back to the federal government.

It’s not about telling on individuals about her intel individuals. Okay that’s how I guess our system operates on intel.

So I think I have a lot of ‘intel’… I mean that’s what I want to do.

On Phaedra standing by him if/when he serves his time:

I think Phaedra… you know, in a perfect world, should be supportive, as as a wife should be and continue to raise our young man as men and to be successful.

But if she chooses to to derail from the plan, then that’s what she chooses to do.

Apollo is prepared for whatever happens in life and that’s what I’ve been doing. I’ve been surviving. Whatever’s been thrown at me, I roll with it.

I would like to say I would want her to stay around and do what a wife should do. But tomorrow?s not promised.

At the end of the day, Apollo seemed honest and forthright in his interview with Ryan Cameron and ‘at the end of the day’ I hope he’s able to stay around for his kids.
