An Atlanta woman got the surprise of her life recently when she asked media mogul Oprah Winfrey for the dress off of her back… and got it!

We all know Oprah is renowned for surprising her fans with cars, trips and gift bags, but this week the former talk-show queen gifted one of her Twitter followers with the actual designer dress she wore on a magazine cover.

When Atlanta resident Brandi saw Oprah Winfrey on the cover of Essence Magazine?s March issue, she fell so in love with the gown that she Tweeted the media mogul asking if she could have it.

Oprah responded to the request and as the adage goes… ‘Ask and you shall receive.’

@snobaby28 aka Brandi (pictured above), jokingly tweeted Winfrey, asking if she could have the dress Oprah wore on the cover of Essence?s March 2014 issue.

Surprisingly, out of thousands of tweets, Oprah saw Brandi?s and replied by granting the Atlanta native her wish.

Days later, Brandi received the Brian Rennie for Basler gown donned by Winfrey on the cover of Essence magazine and vowed to wear it on her wedding day? once she finds a groom.

Brandi also promised that she’ll tweet a photo of her in the awesome gift soon. I guess we can call this one a ‘twitter WIN’!

Congrats Brandi! We can’t wait to see you in your gown!
