Monica was just spotted out during at Ludacris’ Celebrity Basketball Game a few days ago and looked like she was about to pop (PHOTOS), but the time has finally come as the Brown family welcomes their new arrival.

Little Laiyah Brown joins brothers Romelo Montez Hill, 5, Rocko Ramone Hill III, 8, and Shannon?s son, Shannon Christopher Brown as the first girl for both parties.
