NeNe Leakes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and her hubby Gregg were all lovey dovey recently as they were spotted enjoying performances during ATL Live on the Park’s Platinum Edition artist showcase (click HERE if you missed that).

Leakes, who should be walking around with security for that GINORMOUS wedding ring, was recently sued by Atlanta wedding planner, Tiffany Cook, who claims to have planned most of NeNe’s over-the-top reality show wedding which took place this past June.

NeNe claims that Tiffany, who is credited with planning RHOA newbie Porsha Stewart’s wedding, didn’t actually plan her ‘I Dream of Nene’ fairytale wedding and she slammed Cook and her claims online and off.

Welp… it seems Nene’s big mouth may have gotten her in a bit of a legal bind and in the latest legal development of the case, Tiffany has filed another complaint against the ‘housewife’ and now claims that Nene is ruining her wedding planner business!

Details below…Tiffany Cook feels some kinda way about Nene’s twitter taunts and says they equate to defamation. Cook recently discussed her lawsuit with Rolling Out, stating:

She has 1.3 million [Twitter] followers. To say such negative things about me, it can only be devastating.

When you Google my name right now, there are 300 pages saying I am a scam artist, among other things. Again, we [Tiffany Cook Events] deal with a high-profile clientele. Generally, I am all over the Internet for the fantastic things that I do. It is absolutely devastating.

NeNe’s ‘I Dream of Nene’ wedding reality show could be one of the biggest events this fall on Bravo.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta standout’s fan base is constantly growing and her exposure to audiences on ‘mainstream’ networks with her acting on ‘The New Normal’ and ‘Glee’ has further expanded her brand.

Tiffany feels that Nene used her powers of persuasion to convince millions of people to think she’s lying about her lawsuit in order to get press from the reality star, so in response, her attorney is seeking damages for defamation.

[Sidebar: I keep telling y’all to keep all that sh*t off ‘da twittah!! *sigh*? I swear y’all will listen one day!? But I digress…]

Cook’s attorney explained the basis for her claim of defamation, stating:

We filed an amended complaint to add claims for libel, defamation of character, invasion of privacy, false light, and punitive damages, specifically against NeNe Leakes, for [statements] that were directed at my client after the lawsuit was filed.

That’s the basis for the amended complaint, adding specific defamation claims against NeNe Leakes.

From what I saw of Nene Monday… she’s feeling no pain and is flying on cloud 9! With her recent acting successes and having newlyREmarried her fake ex-husband Gregg, there’s no spoiling her good mood.
