Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins and Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas (aka TLC) 90’s Soul sisters and ATLiens themselves brought back 90’s nostalgia last night in Brooklyn at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards (click HERE if you missed the show).

Though both have taken an admitted step back from the spotlight, they’re very much as thick as thieves and, word on the curb is that they’re planning a new album to go along with their TLC Biopic, which is scheduled to air on VH1 October 2013.

The duo appeared at the VMAs last night but not to perform at the awards show they once dominated, but to introduce ?to introduce Drake. But contrary to popular belief,??Chilli and T-Boz on the stage made perfect sense seeing that Drake is a huge supporter.

As for those vicious break-up rumors that have followed TLC for decades, the duo addressed them with a flat out denial.

In an exclusive interview with People Magazine, T-Boz explains:
“We never broke up,” says Watkins, 43.
“We’ve been doing shows overseas every year and have been busy being mommies. Chilli and I see each other all the time.”
The work never stops!
With Chilli’s washboard abs, and T-Boz fiesty attitude still in check, I think these ladies may have real promise of making that return they seek. Or do they?
