You may have already heard that Whitney & Bobby’s daughter Bobby Kristina had landed a job in the UK (CLICK HERE) if you missed that), well Big has reportedly signed up to appear on the next series of Celebrity Big Brother in the UK also… *sigh*

According to several news outlets, Big Boi of Outkast, who has released two solo albums, including 2012 record ‘Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors’, has agreed a fee of $450,000 U.S. dollars to appear on the program.

The last US hip-hop artist to appear on the series was Coolio, who finished in third place back in 2009.

A source told the paper that: “Producers always like to mix things up with an American star and they hope Big Boi will do the business this year.” (source)

Meanwhile back at the ranch… a rep for Big’s fellow OutKast brethren Andre 3000 has sorta kinda denied recent rumors that Dre will release his long-awaited debut solo album in 2014.

A rep for Dre, told NME:

“There is no official confirmation on that report.”

Outkast’s last album, ‘Idlewild,’ was released in 2006. Since then Andre 3000 has collaborated with artists such as Drake, Beyonce and Frank Ocean while his partner Big Boi has released two solo albums.

And if you’re still holding your breath for an Outkast reunion… last I heard was that it had been ‘put on pause’ indefinitely.
