Songstress Kelly Rowland is back in full effect and was spotted promoting her new album in NYC yesterday evening (June 18, 2013).

Rowland showed up at a New York City Best Buy to promote and sign copies of her latest album, ‘Talk a Good Game’.

The former Destiny’s Child bright red leather pants and a white tank top as she greeted fans who came by in support of her new release.

“The artists that inspired the record were actually 90’s artists. I just thought about the first time I cut the radio on and heard R&B, I heard Bobby Brown, I heard Whitney Houston…Pebbles… Babyface…New Addition, and the way R&B made you feel.”
