Can you imagine returning to a job where you were given the boot and having to sit and smile while your former boss inquired about your personal life?

Well that’s exactly what unemployed ex-reality star Sheree Whitfield was subjected to last night when she hit the boob tube on Bravo TV’s ‘Watch What Happens LIVE! for a bit of Mother’s Day shade (May 12, 2013).

The former Real Housewife of Atlanta‘s name has been mentioned at least three times on Bravo the past few weeks and while “all press is good press,” none of the mentions have been particularly complimentary.

1. During Part 1 of the Season 5 reunion show “a viewer” asked Porsha Stewart if she felt she was a trophy wife “who would be dumped at 40 like Sheree Whitfield”. (WATCH VIDEO)
2. Iyanla Vanzant spoke about Sheree’s Fix My Life Appearance on WWHL, calling her “wounded” and “bitter”.( WATCH VIDEO)
3. Nene Leakes called Sheree an ‘evil’ ‘mean’ ‘true b*tch’ during her one on one with Bravo Andy (WATCH VIDEO)

With that many mentions on air without a check, it’s only fair that Bravo would give Sheree an opportunity to respond… but why she chose to ‘grin and bear it’ while Andy Cohen made a mockery of her failures is way beyond my scope of understanding.

Andy Cohen threw quite a bit of shade during the 30 minute show. Inquiring about Sheree’s defunct ShebySheree clothing line and even threw in a jab or two (or three) about Chateau Sheree.

Andy noted that Toya (of Married to Medicine) recently revealed that she drives by Chateau Sheree quite frequently… and even inquired about possibly purchasing the 3 year old unfinished monstrosity.

News of Toya’s inquiry prompted Sheree’s ex-husband, Bob Whitfield to even get in on the jokes…

[Sidebar: I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried… :lol:]

One major thing to note… Sheree told Andy Cohen that her ‘Chateau’ was more famous than his housewives and appeared to be pitching a show idea on ‘the never ending saga of neverland’ which Andy now calls ‘Neverland No More’. *sigh*

As shade was being thrown on-air and online, Sheree proudly maintained her composure and flashed her yellowing veneers. She made it through the entire 30 minute episode with that wide goofy grin covering her embarrassment. I almost felt kinda sorry for her…. almost.

To me… if she’s really there to help, then that’s not helping her coming on your show and ridiculing and making a mockery of what happened on her show.

I didn’t really learn anything from Iyanla because it actually went in a whole different direction than what I was told… what I really took out of it… just me growing, is that I can’t control other people’s actions.

I can only react and I choose to be happy and be the best mom to my kids.

I would say Nene I’m really happy for everything that you’re doing… umm your success. I don’t understand why (you know) you feel the need to continue to talk about me because I don’t talk about you. Honestly Andy I’m really flattered that the rich and famous… the newly rich and famous… still have time to talk about me all day.

I don’t know… Nene get a life. I dunno…

During the after show, Andy noted that she was trending on twitter (ummm…but not in a good way!)

Sheree also took a few phone calls where she gave an update about her daughter’s RHOA wedding that never happened, her non-existent friendship with former cast mate Kim Zolciak and her RHOA regrets…

Sheree grinned all the way to the end… but she couldn’t maintain her composure for long. Her “real” personality reared it’s ugly head during the final call of the aftershow when a caller asked what she was doing with her life besides talking about RHOA…

The one thing Sheree didn’t talk about was her day in court with Atlanta area bloggers… but I’m assuming she was advised not to discuss it.

So if the question is still ‘Who gon’ check Sheree?’, the answer changes every time she goes in front of a camera:

Bravo Producers, Nene Leakes, The IRS, Her Attorneys, her ex-husband Bob, Iyanla Vanzant, and now Bravo Andy have all officially “checked” the former ‘houswife’ and the list of ‘checkers’ gets longer every day!

But all press is good press… right?
