Remember when I told y’all I ran into Sheree Whitfield at the courthouse?

Well, she wasn’t looking too good then, but she got a boost when her ex-husband, Bob Whitfield, agreed to cough up $75,000 to end their child support dispute.

One thing he didn’t agree to though was payment of her attorney’s fees and since Sheree still owed the firm that represented her in their lengthy divorce, I’m sure her new attorney Nicole Hanyard, is regretting that decision.

Fast forward to the present and Sheree has lost the battle against her former attorneys at the firm of Weinstock & Scavo, the same firm that repossessed her Aston Martin a few years back.

A judge has now ruled in their favor and now she’s been ordered to ‘cough up’ the dough!

TMZ spilled the beans about Sheree’s recent loss earlier this morning, stating:

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Sheree Whitfield is learning the hard way … DON’T MESS WITH YOUR LAWYERS … because they will sue you for A LOT of money, and they will win.

The law firm Weinstock & Scavo sued Sheree back in 2010 … claiming the “Real Housewife” racked up $165k in legal bills while they repped her in her divorce from former NFL star Bob Whitfield.

According to docs, Sheree coughed up about $69k to W&S for services rendered, but never paid the remaining $96k … because she claimed the firm was overcharging her. But a judge recently sided with W & S … ordering the reality star to pay the outstanding balance, plus interest … for a total of $119, 674.

In the meantime, whoever is running Sheree’s twitter account claims that her Chateau Sheree aka “Neverland” is moving right along:

Back in July 2012, Chateau Sheree looked like THIS and from what I’ve heard, it’s still the same today.

Being that the home has been in construction mode for well over 2 years, it would seem that Sheree (or the person who’s running her twitter) would have tweeted some photos, but it’s social media right… why be “social” when you don’t really have to. *shrug*

The person who tweets for Sheree has also been busy hawking her She By Sheree multi-level marketing scheme costume jewelry line, which got a boost when she hit up HLN news recently to speak about “Life After Real Housewives” (CLICK HERE if you missed that).

At any rate, I’m praying Sheree gets it together. It’s hard out there for a reality show reject, turnt mutli-level marketing scheme costume jewelry designer.
