Cute couple Ne-yo and his baby mama/fiance’ Monyetta Shaw hit up T.I.’s album release party at compound over the weekend.

Ne-Yo and Monyetta are the parents of two adorable tots, and it’s always great to see the two hanging out and having a lil fun as a couple.

While fans bask in the joy of their “coupledom,” at least one person isn’t so happy to see Ne-Yo living it up with his baby mama… his other ‘baby mama’ who never actually gave birth to any of his kids.

And she’s reportedly hired super attorney Gloria Allred to go after Ne-Yo for spilling the beans about their crazy tale on his VH1 Behind the Music Episode.

According to TMZ, Ne-Yo’s “play play” baby mama, Jessica White, is upset and FUMING after the singer went on VH1 and gave explicit details about their baby drama.

During their time together, Jessica had a baby which Ne-Yo thought was his … turns out, it wasn’t. During the episode, Ne-Yo explained how it all went down, stating:

Jessica called me, bawling crying. I?m like, ?What?s wrong with you?? And all she could say is, ?He?s not yours, he?s not yours.?

She just kept saying it over and over and over again, to the point where I dropped the phone. Chimere?s not mine.

Jessica sued Ne-Yo for child support even after her admission and Ne-Yo was forced to pay since his name was listed on the birth certificate.

The couple reached a settlement agreement in 2009 in which Ne-Yo coughed up $575,000 to Jesseca, who in turn officially said the kid wasn’t his. Ne-Yo’s name was also removed from the child’s birth certificate.

Here’s the clincher… as part of the deal they each agreed to a confidentiality clause, promising never to go public with the info.

Fast forward to September 2012 …

Now Jessica has hired Gloria Allred, who has fired off a letter to Ne-Yo accusing him of breaking the agreement.

Allred claims that because Ne-Yo falsely painted Jesseca as a harlot who lied, broke his heart and then vanished … Jesseca has been defamed, ridiculed and harassed.

According to the letter, Jesseca has been unable to work, was forced to file for state aid, suffers from mental anguish and is “beset by nausea, vomiting and hair loss” thanks to Ne-Yo’s remarks.

Jesseca is now asking Ne-Yo to cut ANOTHER check settle the matter amicably out of court… otherwise she’ll be forced to pursue more serious legal options.
