Former NBA players John Salley and Antoine Walker and NFL player turned businessman Damion Gregory sat down on?BET’s “Don’t Sleep” hosted by TJ Holmes to discuss athletes who go broke after leaving the game.
In an episode entitled: “GAME OVER: Sports and Money in Black America,” Salley, who entered the NBA at 19, offered sound financial advice for young players entering the league.

Walker, who appeared on ESPN’s 30 for 30: Broke Documentary, recently declared bankruptcy and speaks candidly about the poor financial decisions he made throughout the years.
Coincidentally, former Real Housewife of Atlanta, Sheree Whitfield (ex-wife of retired NFL player Bob Whitfield) joined the panel to talk about finances as well.
