Sheree Whitfield, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, was spotted at Fulton County Courthouse yesterday (August 15, 2012).

Sheree’s former job has been filled (CLICK HERE to meet the newest Atlanta Housewife) and while RHOA continues filming, Whitfield has been forced to face her legal woes one by one in court.

To refresh your memory, here’s the deal… Sheree reportedly owes several hundreds of thousands of dollars to more that one Atlanta area attorney for services she received when she was trying to get her “seven figure” settlement during her divorce from former Falcons player Bob Whitfield.

They say that life deals you a hand and you’re forced to play with the cards you’re dealt… well Whitfield is playing high stakes poker as the legendary “housewife” was in court yet again battling the same attorney’s who repossessed her Aston Martin a few years back!

In court proceeds that began earlier this week, Sheree is defending herself against allegations that she NEVER PAID her attorneys during the divorce.

Whitfield apparently owes quite a bit of dough to the now defunct lawfirm of Weinstock & Scavo and while they are no longer in business as a firm, they still want the legal fees owed to them.

Back in 2010 the firm filed suit against both Sheree AND Bob seeking to satisfy the debt. They reportedly included her ex-husband in the deal because of a settlement deal reached between the two AFTER she fired them as her attorneys.

The settlement reportedly stipulated that each party was responsible for paying their own attorney’s fees out of the monies received in a sale, however Sheree didn’t pay hers, and Weinstock claims she (and Bob) intentionally ignored a lien on the property that was in place to ensure their payment.

Fast forward to Sheree being filmed ballin out of control on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and flossin in her Aston Martin back in 2011. The firm promptly sent out the local sheriff?s department to pick up the luxury vehicle in order to satisfy her debt of over $100,000 in legal fees.

Sheree learned her lesson and hides her Porsche very well each night… BUT Chateau Sheree’ could be next up on the chopping block.

The house is just just about done, but Sheree is fighting to prove that the house isn’t hers (hence it being in her mother’s name) and the financials are rumored to be handled by an Atlanta independent record label owner.

My friend FunkyDineva always reminds everyone… “You never tear a person down without extending a hand to lift them up,” with that being said, I’d like to offer this bit of encouraging news Sheree’s fans.

Good News #1) Sheree has her own lil fake jewelry boutique.

Good News #2) Despite all of the drama… Chateau Sheree is almost to completion as evidenced by these photos received by friend of the site, MrTyWells.

So if Sheree’ legally owns “Neverland” or not… some family may be really happy to life in a castle that sits two feet away from the MARTA bus line.
