After a weeked filled with Chris Brown drama, Aubrey “Drake’ Graham was spotted departing his hotel in Boston yesterday (June 17, 2012).

Drake was reportedly facing arrest in the bottle throwing incident that occurred a few days ago, however those reports were soon disputed by NYC authorities.

The lastest news surrounding the incident is that ?police have shut down the New York City nightclub where Brown and Drake’s entourage got into a bottle-throwing brawl and Chris Brown has once again hit the tweets to relay his utter disgust at the media for “tarnishing” his image.

According to CBSNews,?the club where the altercation occurred, W.i.P, was shut down by the NY Police department Saturday night due to code violations. The NYPD gave no details on the violations.

Chris Brown, his girlfriend and his bodyguard were among eight injured during the fight inside the club last week. Police say members of Drake’s entourage stopped Brown as he was leaving. The fight escalated and bottles were thrown.

San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker says he suffered a scratched retina during the brawl.

Drake’s representatives say he was on his way out when the fight began and did not injure anyone. Brown spoke to police.

The New York Daily News is reporting that a 24 year old woman named Lucy Pavlovsky,?who partied at the club that night, plans to file a lawsuit after being left with two gashes stemming from the incident.

“My plan is to sue anybody who threw a bottle, anybody who created that dangerous atmosphere,” Pavlovsky’s lawyer, Javier Solano, told the paper.

Drake seemed to address the incident indirectly during his Saturday night concert at Long Island’s Jones Beach Theater.

“When I woke up this morning, I had to think about a lot of things,” he said before adding that all he cared about was being in New York City.

He also made a comment about being too drunk to care that it’s last call.
