Of all people,?Beyonc? knows how hard it is to be a wife, a mother and an icon and she now has extra appreciation for all the hard work and dedication it takes to maintain both a career and a household.

As a thoughtful gesture, the new mom took some time out to applaud First lady Michelle Obama, for doing such an amazing job managing both her family and career by penning a letter to the FLOTUS.

Queen B recently posted the heartfelt note on her newly launched site expressing how thankful and honored she is to have Mrs. Obama as a part of her life.
