In a statement released by his attorney, Tiffany Feder, Brown states he is innocent and hasn’t even been charged with a crime:
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty and Mr. Brown was not driving erratically. He was speaking on his cell phone. Mr. Brown has not been convicted of anything associated with this incident.
Mr. Brown is taking this matter seriously and an investigation is underway. The legal process shall run its course.

Word on the curb is that Cissy felt “vindicated” when she heard of Bobby Brown’s recent DUI arrest and feels it proves what she’s said all along about her deceased daughter’s ex-husband.
As you know, Whitney’s official autopsy revealed that cocaine use was a contributing factor to her death.
Houston admitted on many occasions that she and Brown smoked crack cocaine and even told Oprah Winfrey that she and Bobby had a violatile relationship.
