Dash and Owens lead an all star cast in the independent film, Dysfunctional Friends, and are joined by?Meagan Good, Reagan Gomez-Preston, Essence Atkins, Hosea Chanchez, Christian Keyes, Wesley Jonathan, Jason Weaver and Persia White.The film is about 10 college friends who have not spoken to each other in seven years. They reunite when their larger then life friend Dennis (Keith Robinson) unexpectedly dies from a freak skydiving accident.
After the Dennis’ death, an internet mogul, the group of estranged friends are required to spend five days together in order to inherit his millions.
The comedy/ drama has been dubbed ?The Black Big Chill?? and is written and directed by Corey Grant.

MarkoMarioMarlonMarlo Hampton, the background character on this season’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, teamed up with Celebrity hairstylist Derek J a few nights ago to host the kick-off celebration for MLK Weekend in Atlanta.I don’t know if you know (cause I didn’t) but Martin Luther King, JR. Weekend in Atlanta is now referred to as the “unofficial” Winter Ghay pride event.
The Ghays get off of work in abundance and they alllll come to Atlanta to celebrate. It’s not called anything, but the promoters took it over and now there are a ton of gay events.
