It seems since the demise of She By Sheree, Sheree just can’t catch a break (or a storyline).

Last year, she attempted to keep fans entertained by pulling that fake doctor stunt… and this year it’s the fake mansion she’s building ie “Neverland”.

Seriously… if you believe in “Chateau Sheree” I’ve got some property in Southwest Atlanta that I can sell you real cheap. And I mean that from the bottom of my wallet.

Sheree’s last ditch effort at relevancy began when she “hired” family friend, Andrew Washington to “build” her dream home, but it’s recently been revealed that Sheree (who’s credit is shot due to a series of repossessions and foreclosures) doesn’t even own the property being shown on the show…. or any property for that matter!

As if you couldn’t have figured that all out on your own… I’ve got even more info for you.

So as far as Chateau Sheree “Neverland” is concerned, the lot is in Sheree?s mother’s name. (Not uncommon for those of you adults who have less than desirable credit)? but it also doesn?t seem like Sheree has contributed any money to the home building.

Sheree’s mother is an educated business person with and MBA in finance and an Atlanta Businesswoman. Why didn’t any of that financial sense pass down to Sheree? Maybe because Sheree had a child, Tierra at age 15. Perhaps she ran off or was sent away and wasn’t raised by her mother?

He mother is the author of a book, ironically enough about her relationship with Sheree’s grandmother who suffered from depression, BeSSie is My Mother’s Name.

For whatever reason, Sheree publicly denied her daughter in season one and referred to her as “her friend” in pictures that were printed in Essence Magazine. Tierra’s friends from college have reported on blogs that while Tierra was in college struggling for money for Ramen noodles, Sheree was off bouncing checks and buying an Aston Martin she could not afford.

But Sheree’s financial decision to demolish a two story home in an established neighborhood led her to be stuck with a $300.000 mortgage on an empty lot and the rent on her townhouse. Unless her poor mother gets stuck with the payments. (source)

But wait… that’s not all. It seems the dude who appears on the show as Sheree’s builder isn’t actually licensed to “build” a dayum thang!

Andrew A. Washington, the man shown on RHOA as Sheree Whitfield’s “contractor” has been issued a cease and desist order from the Georgia Board of Architects and Interior Decorators for working as an architect without a license.

Allegedly Andrew has a habit of falsifying architectural seals on blueprints and a commenter even revealed that Washington and Sheree have known each other for quite some time…

I use to work for Andrew Washington back in 2002-03. He did the plans for the clothing boutique Sheree had in 2002. In her defense she probably does not know he is not an licensed architect. He just goes around telling people he is, so that he can charge alot of money. He was known for taking deposits and not finishing the work. He also has a history of writing large checks from accounts that were overdrawn or closed. He still owes me money!

This can’t possible end well… or then again, it does add a bit more drama to the show.

Sheree’s “All Fake Everything” storyline could just possibly be keeping her employed.? I dunno… what do you guys think about all this tomfoolery?
