In the case of Delma Kinney, an Atlanta man who won a milli on a scratch off ticket three years ago….. it’s like deja vu all over again after he scratched his way to his second (yes SECOND) $1 million payday!

The 50-year-old Georgia man played the a Super Millions instant ticket at a convenience store in southwest Atlanta (SWATS) while purchasing cold medicine.

?I sat in the car with the ticket, and when I saw the matching numbers, I knew,? Kinney told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Kinney won his first million bucks off an instant game back in 2008.

The first time he won, the single father of three saved a portion of the money for his kids college education. This time, the lucky millionaire plans on donating a portion of his winnings to charity.

OMG! 2 times? I can’t even imagine…
