The Diva better known as Janet Jackson has pretty much given PETA the middle finger in a new ad campaign.
For the 2nd year in a row, Janet (Miss Jackson if you’re nasty), is being marketed as the face of BlackGlama, a luxury mink fur company, and she unabashedly appears in several ad spots for the company along with the caption “What Becomes a Legend Most”…
“It became clear in our discussions of who the ‘Legend’ should be this year, that continuing the momentum with Janet made complete sense,” says Joe Morelli, CEO of Blackglama.
“She embodies glamour, luxury and sophistication, everything that Blackglama stands for.”
Apparently FUR becomes a legend, just ask my boo Antwan “Big Boi” Patton! But I digress…

Loves it!
Creative director, Charles DeCaro said: “It’s a very different vibe, this go around. There’s many narratives in Janet. This was that edgier, kind of cooler, modern, and rock-n-roll.”
The photographs were shot by Rocco Laspata and the first advert will debut in the September issue of W magazine.
