The tragic accident that resulted in the falling death of one woman and the serious injury of a second woman late last month, has sparked several lawsuits against the midtown Atlanta hotel involved.

Two lawsuits were filed last week, one by Maurice Threatt (father of the deceased model) on behalf of his daughter’s estate; the second by Gloria Williams, mother of Ciara Williams, 25, the friend who was seriously injured in the fall.

Jenn hit the stage at Rumsey Playfield in New York’s Central Park this morning (June 10, 2011) for Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series and brought along her lil mini-me, David Otunga, Jr.
Hudson spoke about her upcoming weight loss memoir and revealed details about a few new roles (she plays a nun in The Three Stooges and a drug-addicted single mother in an Alicia Keys-produced film).
