According to the AJC, the ice cream tatted rapper, born Radric Davis, was jailed on misdemeanor battery charges.

In a press release from DeKalb County Sheriff Thomas Brown, it was revealed that DeKalb Fugitive Squad members arrested Davis on a warrant that stated he intentionally caused visible bodily harm to a female by pushing her out of a moving vehicle.

Gucci is currently on lock down in the DeKalb County jail. I guess that just f*cked up any weekend plans he had…
