NBA Legend Dominique Wilkins’ court side brawl and his opponent’s mugshot has him labeled everything from ‘the next heavyweight champ’ to deadbeat.

Click here for the full story, but long story short, Nique landed a hard punch to the face of Rashan S. Michel, who was arrested and charged with simple battery after a brawl between the two occurred after Wednesday night’s Atlanta Hawks game.

Michel is adamant that their dispute was over a bad debt and it’s far from over!

Michel claims he was calmly trying to work out a deal over the money he says ‘Nique owes him for custom suits, but Wilkins responded by yelling, “F**k You!” …

He claims Nique hit him only after security wrestled him to the ground… and it wasn’t a fair fight.

Michel is adamant that he did NOT hit Wilkins first and says he plans on filing suit against Wilkins and the entire Hawks organization — as well as subpoenaing the surveillance footage, which he claims proves his side of the story.

Well, thanks to today’s technology dayum near everyone has a video cam in their pocket by way of their cellie, and while it doesn’t show the fight from start to finish, a video of the incident has surfaced that shows Dominique landing that NASTY punch!

TMZ obtained the footage from someone at the game and it shows Dominique landing a SOLID punch to the face of his alleged attacker.

The video — which was shot after the Atlanta Hawks game at Philips Arena — starts midway through the brawl between Wilkins and Rashan Michel.

You can clearly see Wilkins land a NASTY straight right punch to Michel’s face before he’s pulled away from the fray.

But … ‘Nique wasn’t ready for it to be over — because that’s when he rips off his tie … then his jacket … and gets ready for round two.

Who knew Dominique was a boxer?? 😯

Dominique’s camp never responded to Michel’s allegations and apparently the team has instructed him not to comment.
