Waka Flocka Flame is the new face of PETA’S “Ink Not Mink” campaign and says he decided to get involved in animal rights because of his family dog, Rose Antney, who was named after his mother Deb.
“I don’t want anybody to beat my dog, scare my dog or whip my dog,” he tells RumorFix exclusively, adding that he thought PETA was the perfect group to work with after spending sometime researching them.
RumorFix shot a bit of behind-the-scenes video of Waka’s photo shoot, where he stripped down naked and proudly displayed his tatted up beer belly for the PETA cameras:
Waka Flocka Flame might keep it real in his music, but he urges fans to go with the faux when it comes to fur. “Animals should be treated the same as you would a kid,” he told reporters. “Would you want someone just to walk up and skin your kid? Hell, no!”

When asked what he thought about people wearing fur, Waka joked, “It’s nasty. We don’t do that! Ink not mink!”
