Dr’s have often warned of hair loss from the long term wear of lacefront wigs, extensions and weaves.? Some cases result in a condition called “traction alopecia,” a form of gradual hair loss, caused primarily by pulling force being applied to the hair

Over time, improper lace applications and long-term weaves can make a hairline totally disappear. That’s why it’s important that we continue to educate ourselves on hair care and maintenance.
