R&B sensation Ne-Yo and his Compound Foundation joined forces with Vanessa & Angela Simmons to spread a bit of Christmas cheer to Atlanta’s underprivileged kids.
Ne-yo, joined by his fiance, Monyetta Shaw, family members, and the Simmons Sisters, secured the the help of sponsors Air Tran Airways, Toys for Tots, and The Boys and Girls Club to treated several foster care children with the Christmas gifts they dreamed of.

The R&B Santa sleigh has landed in Atlanta! Today superstar recording artist Ne-Yo shows his Christmas spirit! With the help of
sponsors Air Tran Airways, Toys for Tots, and The boys and girls club, Ne Yo and the compound foundation were able to make sure that the foster care children had the Christmas gifts that they deserve.The Compound Foundation consists of Ne Yo, the founder, “Tango” Hay co-founder, and Loraine Smith board chairman. “we are thankful for the things we have! ” This is what one parent tells her mother as they get toys and autographs. Kids were able to meet and greet with the r&b artist as well as the 50 million dollar sisters, Angela and Vanessa Simmons. Clothes, shoes, board games, and countless other toys were given out.
Many people came out to support like other def jam airtist, Jarvis the artist. As usual Ne Yo’s mother was heavy involved and making
sure that each kid was satisfied.. Music was provided by DJ Ant Love the official dj from the Monique show. Clothes and shoes were also available from Pastry’s from the Simmons girls.
