Super producer Polow-Freache Jamal Fincher Jones, aka Polow Da Don is following the healthy footsteps of fellow producer Jazze Pha and is on a mission to shed a bit of extra baggage.

The Zone IV label head has been spotted at various locations throughout L.A. where he’s currently working with Jody the Supertrainer to get his body back in order.

Jody once had Polow’s body looking like THIS so I’m sure he’ll be back in tip top shape in no time.? Hopefully when Jody gets back he can pick up where my old trainer left off.
