Clifford “T.I.” Harris has been spotted all over Atlanta since returning from L.A. after he and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were arrested for drug possession.? And although it appears he’s free to roam the city limits, word on the curb is that he can’t travel right now.
To substantiate the rumors, Tip recently canceled a planned Sept. 24 concert at Penn State.
According to the school’s online newsletter, T.I.’s recent legal issues caused him to cancel his show, which had sold over 3,000 tickets:
Marketing Director Bernie Punt said he was surprised by the cancellation, which now leaves the venue empty that Friday evening.”We don’t have a back-up concert for that date,” Punt said. “But we are keeping our fingers crossed, though, in a rescheduled concert date for T.I.”
Punt said he thinks the BJC will be able to reschedule the show, but he’s not sure when it will be.
“T.I.’s management was very disappointed, and we are doing everything we can to reschedule the concert,” he said.
Many ticketholders said they want T.I. to come back if it’s possible.
No one knows what the future holds for Tip, who was on probation on a federal weapons charge at the time of the arrest. T.I. and Tiny were later released and he promptly returned to Atlanta to deal with the ramifications of this latest legal problems.

Tip seems outwardly unfazed by the possibility of returning to prison and has been quite busy around town. After returning home to the A, he showed up at Club Ritz on old Nat L, where he gave an impromptu performance [VIDEO].
This week, Tip hit the stage at FSO, where he thanked his fans for being so supportive. He also partied with Trey Songz in celebration of Trey’s album release and afterwards, he and Tiny joined Songz and Ludacris at Straits.
He’s definitely keeping himself occupied…
