In an afternoon press conference, the Florida Highway Patrol revealed that they will ticket Tiger Woods for careless driving after reviewing evidence of Friday’s single-vehicle crash. They have completed an extensive investigation and do not plan to seek any search warrants for his medical records. The agency also says no one involved has made claims of domestic violence.

Video ~ FHP Press Conference Re: Tiger Woods

The Florida Highway Patrol has completed it’s investigation of the vehicle crash involving Mr. Tiger Woods. The investigation has determined that Mr. Woods is at fault in the crash. This afternoon, the FHP is in the process of issuing a uniform traffic citation for careless driving to Mr. Woods. Any person operating a vehicle upon the streets or highways within the state is required by law to drive in a careful and prudent manner, so as not to endanger the life, limb or property of any person.

Failure to drive in such a manner is defined as careless driving. Careless driving is a moving violation and upon conviction, may result in a fine of? $164 and 4 points on a driving record. This was a single vehicle crash with a single occupant. Unfortunately it is one of thousands that occurs in our state each year.

Mr. Woods has satisfied the requirements of Florida law by providing his drivers license, registration and proof in insurance to us. With the issuance of this citation, the Florida Highway Patrol has completed it’s investigation into this matter.

The FHP also made additional comments during the conference stating that there were no claims of domestic violence by any of the parties. Today’s press conference should put to rest widespread speculation that Woods was under the influence of pain medication at the time of the crash but the incident has triggered widespread intrigue over his alleged extramarital affairs.? Names of alleged mistresses have been bandied about in public and one of them has even come forward with what she says is proof of her elicit affair with Woods.

Jaimee Grubbs, came forward today, saying she has the voice mails and text messages to prove that she and Woods recently ended a two-and-a-half-year affair.

US Magazine says the reputed evidence includes a smoking-gun voicemail from Nov. 24, in which Woods tells Grubbs he believes his wife suspects him of having an affair.? Grubbs, who appeared on the VH1 reality show Tool Academy, is claiming she had an ongoing affair with golfer and says the affair went on for 31 months.

The TV show featured a group of meat-head boyfriends nominated by their girlfriends are fooled into thinking they are competing for a title, but instead are taking part in a kind of “charm school” but Jaime’s the one who needs some class. If the affair is over, why even bring it up?
