After spending 19 months in federal prison for his conviction for financing a dogfighting operation, former Atlanta Falcon’s quarterback Mike Vick is adjusting comfortably to home confinement.? Since he still has a ton of haters, I’m sure they’re all fuming at the pics and video of him chillin at the crib released by RadarOnline. But whatEV!? I’m quite pleased to see him finally out and spending time with his family. It’s way overdue!
Vick will spend the next two months being monitored at his five-bedroom Virginia home and working a $10-an-hour job as a construction laborer. He?s scheduled to be released from federal custody on July 20, and then faces three years of supervised probation. The photos (above) portray him visiting with children from the Vick Foundation, a nonprofit formed for at-risk youth, while the video shows Vick speaking about his days in prison as he? interacts with his two daughters. Vick?s fiancee, Kijafa Frink, can also be heard behind the camera:
House arrest isn?t exactly torture for former NFL star Michael Vick. Sure, he’s sporting an electronic-monitoring device on his ankle, but he’s serving out his 60-day sentence in style at his posh 5-bedroom brick home on his sprawling estate in Hampton, Virginia and gets to see his fianc?e and their two daughters.
