Check out the group photo of the 2008 Blogging While Brown Conference.? I had the pleasure of attending this 1st ever conference over the weekend and got to meet a ton of interesting people.? The conference started off Friday evening with a meet and greet at Fox Sports Bar in Atlantic Station.? There was also a luncheon sponsored by BlackWeb2.0 that I was unable to attend, however the meet & greet created a great starting point to a very informative weekend!? At Friday night’s event, I also rubbed elbows with?Dalia (pictured above)?of PocketbookProtest.com?and her partner Kristal.? I also finally met Maurice (not pictured)?from the BlackWeblog Awards, who I found out is a fellow ATLien who lives not too far from me.? I coulda sworn I had a picture of him but it’s not on my camera…booooo electronics!?

Three Girls and a Possible (isn’t that the cutest name?) attended also.? I think the “possible” was missing from the crew.? They are working on their site now and doing research on blogging.?

Try as I might…I cannot remember the gentleman’s name in the grey shirt.? He and his partner?are starting an IT website soon that hasn’t launched yet, hopefully he will hit me up and send me his info since he didn’t have any cards.??
