Ciara was spotted in it at the 11th Annual BMI Atlanta Unsigned Urban Showcase a few weeks ago and?Kim K?wore it last year at the the Lorraine Schwartz Monkey Collection launch.? I?almost titled this Ciara’s boobs vs. Kim’s?butt but it still wasn’t a fair competition.?? Since it’s all about the dress though…umma say Kim takes this one cause she accessorized better.
