As you know, Bailey put her east Atlanta home on the market a few months back.

Cynthia Bailey is one step closer to divorce … the family home has just gone bye-bye.

The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star and estranged hubby Peter Thomas put their East Atlanta home up for sale late last month and it’s already in escrow … almost for the full asking price of $699k. By metropolitan standards, it’s a bargain … 4 bedrooms, 5 baths

As you know, the estranged couple has been living apart for months now… with Peter working on his bars in Charlotte and Cynthia pursuing her acting career in L.A.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out during RHOA season 9.
