My good twitter friend iUncleKyle spilled the tea earlier this morning stating:

As we ALLLLL know, anyone can get caught up in traffic court but it seems that Matt may have an issue with his driving record (or his FUNDS) that kept his license in suspension for well over a year.? Matt was arrest August 18, 2015 in Seminole County Florida for failing to appear on a charge of ‘Driving without a license’.

According to court records, Jordan issued a plea and made payment arrangements for the fines but he also received another citation on December 31, 2014 (only 3 MONTHS after his arrest)…

I would assume rent-a-Matt has his driving license issues all cleared up by now, because he was just Instagramming from behind the wheel a few weeks ago…
