TMZ posted the following this morning:
Sheree Whitfield was granted THREE temporary restraining orders in Georgia on Feb. 22 and Feb. 26 against Tamara Brawner, Quentin Latham and Michelle Brown.
Specifically, the ‘Real Housewife’ says Tamara (restraining order #1) has been spying on her and trespassing on her property since 2011 to write a blog — “Chateau Sheree” — about the construction of Sheree’s mansion.
Sheree claims Tamara “gained access” inside the home on Feb. 18, took pics and video, and posted them online. She adds, “I’m afraid for my life.”
Sheree also claims Quentin (restraining order #2) and Michelle (restraining order #3) — have pulled the same hijinx on her property, although she says they didn’t enter her home.
A judge granted three temporary restraining orders. Tamara was ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from Sheree. Quentin and Michelle were ordered to stay 200 yards away.
My boring life just got a whole lot more interesting this morning huh? 
I know y’all are waiting for my wordy response, so here goes…

So I’d heard talk that a former ‘housewife’ was up to something for days now and I have been bustin’ my dayum brain tryna figure out what.
A restraining order tho? Really?
A popular Atlanta journalist brought the news to my attention just yesterday and remarked how ‘no one really cares about ‘Sheree news’ these days anyway she’s probably just using your popularity to get some buzz‘… and I agreed with him.
I also agreed with him about the fact that ‘Chateau Sheree’ is way more popular than it’s current owner, being that it took on a life of it’s own after the ‘housewife’ revealed plans to create her dream home during her storyline on the 4th season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Since that time, I’ve received several emails from fans of RHOA inquiring about it’s progress, with many submitting their own unsolicited photos of ‘Chateau Sheree’s progress.
Several media outlets and passersby alike have all taken photos of the front and the back of the nearly 2 year old ‘Chateau Sheree’ structure, which is clearly visible from the busy streets that surround it.
Quentin Latham (aka Funky Dineva) mentioned he’d heard news of Sheree’s actions during the entertainment report on Kandi Burruss’ KKN a few days ago (click here if you missed his response).
That being said, TMZ got it wrong yet again.
I haven’t been served with a thing and if Sheree Whitfield was granted a ‘Temporary Restraining Order,’ me and my attorneys all anxiously await it’s arrival.
When TamaraTattles (whom I’ve never met by the way) forwarded the CourthouseNews article to me on twitter the other day, I was shocked, but not surprised. Truth be told, Tamara entering that structure was most likely the catalyst for Sheree’s actions and if the ex-’housewife’ filed one TRO, I fully expected she would file two, three or more and have been patiently waiting to see what’s next.
I mean… after Bravo gave Sheree the boot, what else does she have to do besides read the blogs and comment all day? We all know Sheree is one of my biggest fans and while I sincerely appreciate her support… enough is enough!
No more lies Miss thang! Everybody knows Funky Dineva and I taped on the street… near the stop sign… on a busy route!

I have developed a high tolerance for the “blocked” phone calls, the disrespectful blawg comments, and the “anonymous” emails threatening to put my “blogger tea on blast,” because I thought it all came with the territory. But this recent cry for attention from Sheree is a bit much.
First, it was that weave incident at Derek J’s The J-Spot Salon where Sheree was caught trying to take photos of me while I was getting a fresh new weave (who does that?) and now this?
Chile puh-lease. Who’s stalking who? Seriously…
I would probably file a restraining order of my own if I had the address to her apartment instead of the one to that uninhabitable empty cardboard structure. 
But enough is enough. No more Chateau Sheree. No more Sheree Whitfield. No more!
In other words, please stop sending PR/paparazzi photos of Sheree fake shoe shopping, at the bar hosting events, or in the kitchen cooking (sorry Chef Rob). I, for one, am willing to allow this former ‘housewife’ to fade into complete obscurity regardless of what she’s currently ‘cooking’ up.
So please. No more.
I wish I could speak specifically on the temporary restraining order that Whitfield was “reportedly” granted but again, neither I nor my attorneys have received documentation of such at this time.
In the meantime, I’ll continue enjoying my weekend.

Must have been a slow news day. 3) According to a Blogspot maybe a year or so ago, tamaratattles stated that you reached out to her and y’all met and discussed blogging. This was around the time that London or Liberty blogger was saying ugly things about you on their now defunct blog.
I agree if no one is checking why do you continue to post stories, and pictures of her house. The issue you have with Sheree sounds personal, because you continue to reporting her even when is no longer on the show. Dont know how they do it in georgia but in dc a temporary restraining can be ordered with out your knowledge in the mean time sheree team will have you serve for the official court date where the judge might order a more permanent retraining order. Yes, she should have a reasonable expectation of privacy but not in an empty house that is being constructed on a busy street that does not exactly belong to her. She has lost it. Sheree lit the fire that has caused the ire between herself and these bloggers by flaunting wealth she wants but does not have. They exposed her, which is what bloggers do. Nobody’s defending their actions…most people have condemned them, if you actually read the comments. They just feel like there are women fleeing the abuse of a boyfriend or are experiencing harassment of a life-altering nature, and this is a misuse of the court system. I too think Sheree is not worthy of discussion at this point and I only clicked on the story for Funky Dineva but low and behold there was a bigger story. Ooh Michelle, you’re sexing the ex-husband of someone you blog negatively about or blog about period? Professional protocol would likely dictate that you not talk about her because your integrity is called into question. It’s highly unlikely that you are just an impartial blogger here. This is so messy it’s good. Anybody got any more info on that. I’ve not seen a blog or comment with her admitting nor denying it. Though she often comments on posts and other’s comments she never responds to ones regarding her relationship with the ex. If it’s not true she may want to nip this in the bud because it calls her professionalism into question.
But in her defense: Since celebs very rarely confirm or deny the gossip written about them by bloggers then bloggers may exercise that right too. One can argue that celebs likely don’t see all the gossip posted about them but Michelle can’t because she’s here. One can also argue that celebs don’t care to verify incorrect gossip about them but Michelle not so much because she’s cared enough to write countless stories (mostly negative) about her"?" lover’s ex.

It undermines one’s professionalism and integrity to mix business and pleasure in such a way. It forces the reader to rethink the "intent" of the posts. I do so hope you and others like you get this because it will be helpful in whatever professional life you may to have one day.

….so Sheree has a restraining filed because she fears for her life. The life she is referring to can’t be to her remaining one of the living as it is not that serious. I say still that her life, in terms of credibility was shot before it even escalated to this with her holding the gun to her own head. Therefore, these restraining orders, if they truly exist are absolutely baseless as she has done all the harm to herself and had unwittingly drew people to acknowledge it.

Lawd have mercy, I knew something like this was going to happen! I’ve always had a rather mixed opinion of Sheree, but in this case I feel that she did what needed to be done. The "Broke Bitches Ball" video was a hoot, but I would’ve been fuming if it was my property, so I have to be honest with myself and concede that her actions were in fact warranted in this case. Apparently the judge agrees!

I think Tamara tried to make it look like her, Michelle and FD were in cahoots. Since Michelle says she never received any paperwork and nor did FD, this leads me to believe there is no restraining order on them, just on Tamara. If you put a restraining order out on someone, they have to be notified, how else will they know to stay away??? Michelle and FD names may be mentioned in it but there is no order against them. Tamara probably tried to make it seem like it was no big deal that she entered her home, because other bloggers visited her place as well, but you are the only dummy who entered her home and took pictures of the inside. Yes she deserves that restraining order. Now the videos of her home are funny but they are filming from the curb so no harm done. Tamara crossed a line and then she dragged Michelle and FD into her mess….as for Sheree I really don’t have an opinion on her affairs because she just isn’t that interesting to me.
