Talk show host Wendy Williams has taken it ALL OFF for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).

The media maven follows the footsteps of other celebs such as Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame (who went naked for PETA last year) and Chad OchoCinco Johnson (who experienced a PETA blooper a few years back), as she proudly unveiled her new “Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” PETA ads Wednesday (November 28, 2012) in Times Square.

Williams, who once proudly wore expensive minks and fox fur, has had a change of heart after PETA informed her of the cruel ways in which animals are raised and killed for their fur.
Holiday shoppers in NYC got an eyefull as they gazed at Williams’ newly slim bod, covered in nothing but her artfully placed long luxurious lacefront hair.

“We should all try to be comfortable in our own skin and let the animals keep theirs,” says Williams, 48, who once wore real mink and fox but doesn’t anymore.
“I don’t really think that fur is the mark of success anymore. As a decent person, with compassion, it just seems like the right thing to support.”

In her quest to “do the right thing” for the animals, Wendy now encourages people who have fur coats to donate them to PETA so that they can be given to the homeless (who will then be terrorized by paint throwing PETA fanatics, instead of celebs) .
PETA is reportedly working with shelters in Wendy’s home state of New Jersey on coat drives this winter—something that is in great demand as the numbers of needy and displaced people have increased following Hurricane Sandy.

I’m not a fan of anyone baring it all no matter what the cause may be. However, we as black people have to be the most critical, bashing and make the most non uplifting comments about one another more than any other race. We have enough people looking down on us based off of our skin tone and culture, the least we could do is uplift and encourage one another. If we as a race can’t respect each other how can we expect people from other races to respect us. We set the mark for how we are treated. SN: I’m sure someone could find an animal that resembles any one of us.

When I 1st found out she was taking it off for PETA, I got a little worried but I knew Wendy wouldn’t put herself out there like that if her body was not right. Wendy’s photos look GREAT! I applaud her for being brave enough to do something like this after all of the criticizing she gets from people claiming she looks like a man or has had too much plastic surgery. I love when a person is comfortable in their own skin.
BTW…PETA is against people wearing fur, why would they support the idea of people donating their fur to the homeless? I understand that they need warm coats but doesn’t that defeat the whole purpose of their mission of getting people to NOT wear fur?
Plus, these people are homeless, no where to hide from the crazy PETA people, walking the streets of New York with fur coats. What are they going to do if they get attacked?
She has lost weight and looks really good. I noticed when I was watching her show the other day. She is in her 40′s looking good and feeling great….go head then Wendy!

I think it was probably a last minute thing? Cause I saw her run to Jersey for photo ops with firemen after Sandy and I KNOW I saw her rockin’ some FURRY AZZ UGGS on what’s left of boardwalk. The photos look great courtesy of airbrushing. How can a person be the spokesperson of PETA and be against fur when half of them walking around wearing leather shoes, boots, jackets, and toting leather bags? I saw Wendy in those thigh high Louboutin leather boots on her show last year, very hypocritical to me.
