An Atlanta police officer clocked The Booty Bundler Johnson, 41, driving a white Porsche at 82 mph in a 55 mile zone near the I-75/I-85 split.
She refused to submit to a field sobriety test but was arrested late Thursday night and charged with DUI, reckless driving, speeding and failure to maintain her lane.
Johnson was a popular staple in the entertainment and special events division of the mayor’s office in Atlanta. Some of you may or may not remember her as “The Booty Bundler.”

According t a police report obtained by the AJC, Johnson blatently refused to submit to a field sobriety test, but she was visibly impaired.
Now… less than a week after her arrest, Johnson has decided to resign from her position with Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed’s office. She formerly managed a small staff of about six people in the special events office, which is responsible for overseeing the permitting process for outdoor festivals and large events such as movie shoots.
Johnson is much more that a special events coordinator. She’s also a very successful campaign fundraiser, whose “stripper skills” have be spoken of for years around town.
Johnson once wrote, directed, and produced her own short film back in 2004, entitled “I Want To Strip For My Man But I Don’t Know How … Unleashing the Naughty Girl In You!”
The video was apparently created to instruct “everyday women” how to strip.
The DVD invites female viewers to “slip into something sexy, strap on the 6 inch stiletto heels, pop it in the player, and prepare to journey into your bodies.” The 93-minute film follows the experiences of two “everyday women” in New York City—Lisa and Nature—as they are transformed from “‘humdrum’ to ‘sexy siren’” with the help of Johnson and three of “the hottest exotic dancers New York has to offer.”
The film is intended for women looking to “let go and loosen up and learn how to shake a little something,” Johnson says. Lisa and Nature receive hands-on training from professional pole dancers Alex (“The Seductress”), Sasha (“The Flirt”), and Kim (“The Rumpshaker”), while Johnson plays the role of “The Host.”
These self-described “sexual revolutionaries” provide expert instruction on “signature exotic moves” such as the “fold over,” the “crawl,” the “spread eagle,” and the “booty clap.” (source)
Needless to say, Johnson was successful in her fundraising activities and has raised between $50,000 and $100,000 for Obama’s reelection campaign.
In the mid 90′s, Johnson worked as Martin Lawrence’s receptionist and production assistant, which led to a small role in “Thin Line Between Love and Hate” (1996) opposite her famous boss. She starred in the film as “Peaches,” a character described as “a feisty, nosy, talkative, around-the-way girl who’s just as tangy as the name implies.”
Johnson’s stripper abilities and hollywood connections, got her start in politics as a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton in 2008, and she has always been able to draw celebrities to her events. While I’m sure her presence will be missed at City Hall, Johnson is sure to have another gig lined up with one of her many celebrity friends.

Really sad for her..lol I remember her on Thin Line but she looks a lil lighter now. With her talent and gifts,she should be able to bounce back. Life can be ruff sometimes but you have to make wise decisions because 1 bad 1 in life can change the course of your path for years and some people never recover.

This article seemed half good half hate! Atlanta stay putting down they women, my god! It seems to me that with all the reality shows and bloggers that show negative light of the women of ATL, you guys should be shining positive light on the one’s who’s trying to do right…and not bring them down with their past.
Did I miss something? Ms. Johnson was not fired,she resigned because she knew she was WRONG. The key phrase was appeared visibly impaired. If you are going to drink don’t drive. If you are going to drive don’t drink. Why should she get a pass because she works for the Mayor? I am sick and tired of people thinking they are exempt from the rules/laws because of who they know or how much money they have. She did wrong now it is time to move on.

I was just on the I-85 two weeks ago and in certain parts you can go 70mph then all of a suddenly its 55. I know I go 80 when its 70 but she shouldnt be drinking behind the wheel
